Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will my order ship?

Items typically ship within 7-10 business days from ordering. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for USPS shipping.


  • I selected Priority Mail when I ordered, why didn't my order arrive the next day?

The transit times quoted on our checkout page refer to the amount of time it takes for delivery once shipped. Since we do not maintain inventory, we decorate your garment(s) after your order is received and ship within 7-10 business days.  

Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date and we'll do our best to accommodate.


  • How can I return/exchange my order?

Due to the on demand fulfillment of apparel on this site, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. 

While we do complete a thorough quality control inspection prior to shipping, sometimes there are issues with items that slip through the cracks.  If your order is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve any issues.


  • I would like to place a bulk order - are discounts available?

Absolutely!  Please contact us to discuss the details.


  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Sorry, we currently only accept orders placed within the US & APO addresses.
